Exhibitors cannot hold their own individual exhibitions before or after the official exhibition hours without the approval of the exhibition secretariat.
The exhibition hours, installation and dismantlement dates are set by the Secretariat and the participating companies can only dismantle their booths after the official exhibition closing. If the organizer finds that the exhibitor is causing considerable damage to the exhibition proceedings or if there are problems occurring due to nearby companies' lodging of complaints, the organizer may force measures and the organizer will not take responsibility for any damage. Events by each exhibitor must always be held in their own booths and it is completely forbidden to carry out events in commonly used areas apart from designated booths. A. Bringing in and taking out exhibits and material is done without the approval of the organizer but when you need to do so during the exhibition period, fill out the exhibit removal form provided by the show office, get it checked by the organizer or security guard and move the exhibit out.
When dismantling, the basic booth exhibitor can take out the exhibits, material and equipment and the booth will be dismantled by the organizer.
The independent booth exhibitor needs to complete the dismantlement process within the alloted time and return the space back to its original state.
When measures must be taken by a third party to return the space to its original state, the exhibitor will employ services and the costs must be paid in full by the exhibitor in question.
Also industrial waste (waste wood material, styrofoam, vinyl, carpet, glass shreds) apart from the allowed every day garbage allowed into the landfill must be removed by the exhibitor and booth construction subcontractor. Accordingly, the exhibitor must discuss with the subcontractor the best way to minimize industrial waste and sign a contract with the subcontractor under the condition that it removes all industrial waste. If the industrial waste is not removed, the organizer has to employ services of a industrial waste removal company and the expenses in full must be paid by the exhibitor.
